1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or security reasons:

  • Personal care products (beauty products, undergarments).

  • Digital products or software downloads.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return: Log into your Lala KH account, go to "My Orders," and select the "Return" option for the specific item, or contact our support team.

  2. Wait for Approval: The seller or our quality control team will review your request.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the package.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to a mistake by the seller or a defective product, Lala KH or the seller will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., ABA Bank, Wing, or Credit Card).

  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit an exchange request through your user dashboard.

7. Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging to expedite the claim process.
